Eligibility Criteria

Driver Evaluations may be appropriate for patients with a variety of diagnoses which include but are not limited to:

• A neurological condition (stroke, head injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease)
• Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia
• Developmental Disorder
• Psychiatric Disorder
• Diabetes/Neuropathy
• Orthopedic Conditions
• Amputations
