Center for Cognitive and Memory Services
Comprehensive Outpatient Assessment and Treatment of Memory Disorders
Is forgetting your keys a normal part of aging? What about forgetting where you parked your car? Some types of memory problems are “normal” as one grows older. But some problems with memory are the first signs of disease, such as depression, stroke, Parkinson’s disease or Alzheimer’s disease. Knowing the difference between these types of problems can be difficult for patients and their families — and the process can seem scary and overwhelming.
Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall’s Center for Cognitive and Memory Services can help. The program provides comprehensive outpatient assessment and treatment of memory disorders.
Cognitive and Memory Servces appointments require a physician's referral. Please contact your doctor to obtain a referral for services.
