MSLC Welcomes New Provider to its Medical Staff

Newburgh – Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall (MSLC) is proud to announce the addition of Christian J. Plaza, MBA, MSN, FNP-C, to its Medical Staff.

Christian J. Plaza, MBA, MSN, FNP-C, is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Plaza received his MBA in Healthcare Administration and Master of Science in Nursing at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh. He currently practices at Cross Valley Health & Medicine and has an interest in LGBTQ+ Health and Primary Care.
