SLCH has earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys. Survey results highlighted the way SLCH employees take pride in their jobs, the communication that exists amongst coworkers, and the organizations overall contribution to the community. SLCH is the first and only hospital in the Hudson Valley Region to be certified as a Great Place to Work® and is one of only 23 hospitals in the United States to receive this recognition.
